The Tax Stamp Forum in Miami, USA will provide the venue for the launch of the International Tax Stamp Association (ITSA), a new not-for-profit association to represent the interests of the tax stamp industry in a coordinated manner. The special meeting will take place on Wednesday 11 November between 14.00 – 17.00.
The association, founded by a number of leading industry stakeholders, will work to ensure better understanding of the benefits of tax stamp technology and to promote high professional standards. It will do this through education, research and advocacy as well as by developing and promoting best practice.
It will also contribute to the definition – and subsequent implementation – of the new ISO standard for tax stamps.
Companies involved in providing tax stamp solutions are welcome to attend the meeting, to see how they can become involved in this new initiative and play their part in assisting governments to develop ever-more effective means of enhancing their revenues and protecting the well-being of their citizens.
